I'll start us off.

I haven't seen Sean Penn in MILK yet, so my choice would be Will Smith in 6 Degress of Separation.
Hi!

My favorite gay tv character is Jennifer Beal as "Bette Porter" in the L-Word. She is powerful, sexy and intelligent. What a winner and so gorgeous.
Leisha Haley in All Over Me, and Kate Moenig as Shane on the L-word...love the attitude and shes super sexy...
Ellen Degeneres!!
Marlee Matlin, a deaf Oscar winning actress plays a talented, out spoken, and feisty lesbian metal sculptor on the L Word (character's name is Jodi). I have never been so turned on by my television until her. :)
Ellen Degeneres
Ellen DeGeneres
Jake Gyllenhaal as Jack Twist in Brokeback Mountain.
That movie made me cry so much. He had so much love for Ennis, but could never truly be with him.
It hits close to home, but it was still a great portrayal of forbidden love.
The FBI agent in The Boondock Saints, played by Willem Dafoe. He's hilarious and so mean! The character reminded me of someone; so much so that I bought the movie for him.
I'll go with Jack on "Will and Grace"
Tina and Bette from L Word - the couple
My favorite gay TV actor was Paul Lynde. When growing up in the 1960s and 70s, he was the most "out" man one could see on TV at the time. Best know for Bewitched and Hollywood Squares. Much of his humor and jokes were thinly-veiled allusions to his being gay. He was a master of the double entendre and could get away with saying things that no one else could.
