LCC COOKBOOK PROJECT
As part of the Lavender Cooking Club, we'd like to do some good. The idea: To publish a cookbook for sale, with the proceeds going to Grateful Dread Public Radio, an lgbt-owned member-supported community-service public Internet radio station devoted to progressive issues, lgbt equality, peace, service, and informing the grassroots; GDPR presents diverse sounds and ideas for open minds. If you're willing to donate any recipe to the project, just say so within the message of any recipes you share within the club or email them. If you'd rather not donate the recipe, please feel free to share it -- we will not include any recipe in the book unless its author gives explicit permission. Also, submission does not guarantee inclusion in the cookbook. If you want to submit your recipe, please include your name for attribution.
If you have any announcements or activities you would like to suggest, just let us know or start a discussion topic. THANKS AND PEACE!

I don't celebrate Thanksgiving the way most Americans do. Images of smiling Pilgrims and Native Americans breaking bread around long tables in Massachusetts don't do much for me; I am all too aware o…
