Hi all - For many of us, growing and maintaining successful businesses involves building a referral network of trusted professionals. I would like to propose this group start an 'active referrals' group that meets WEEKLY to get to know each other's business' better and EXCHANGE LEADS.

I would be glad to use a teleconference line to lead such a group. I'll be starting it immediately. My question is this - for those of you drawn to the concept, what is your ideal time to meet?

Hi All,
My partner and I are the owners of 2 fourplexes located between Greenway and Bell about a half mile away from the 51. We have 4 vacancies that we'd like to fill with GAYNESS, but that doesn't exclude the gay-friendly, or even gay-tolerant. Hell, we just want to rent the apartments to anyone who promises to pay their rent on time! LOL!

Details: (All 4 apartments include washer/dryer hookups, the use of a community pool and spa, assigned covered parking, water, sewer and trash paid by me.)

We have ONE 3BR 3BA apartment that is a whopping 1300 square feet. It is newly painted and carpeted and ready for rental NOW. Rent is $945 (will reduce rent if you pay with Direct Deposit)

We have TWO 2BR 3BA apartments - also very large 1145 sq. ft. Clean and ready for move-in. Rent is $750 (will reduce with Direct Deposit)

And we have a 2BR 1 1/2 BA townhouse -style apartment (1164 sq. ft) with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms on the first level, and the bedrooms upstairs. It's cuter than the other 2 BR in that it has a kitchen counter that opens to the dining area. That one needs paint, and if you're willing to paint it, I will reduce the rent from $755 (which is what my last tenant was paying) to $715

I live just about a mile and a half from the property and I fired my property manager a few months ago and managing it myself so my tenants get the level of care that they deserve. CALL ME if you or someone you know wants to rent any of them. 602-799-7339 Thanks.
