I use tr.im because I can track all clicks on each link. I love it.

I use cli.gs (http://cli.gs/). They provide awesome analytics, including geo-tracking, so you can see where in the world people are clicking on your links.

Also, the people behind cligs are very responsive if you @ or DM them on Twitter. I highly, highly recommend them!
