That's so cool you have fam here! It can be hard here in Springfield..the bible belt ya know. All my fam and old friends here before coming out are baptist and don't just not accept us, but have pretty much disowned us since coming out..so yeah it kinda sucks.
Anyway, that's really cool! And I love Mickey D's! Pretty sure I've been to every one here lol.
