How can they be sure they are gay/Lesbian if they have never had a gay/lesbian relationship or have never had sexual relations with someone of the same gender?

Well I did not get the transfer back to Denver. The reason stated is that I make too much money; which is ridiculous. I have re grouped and updated my resume, my Monster.com profile and have started applying outside the company.

This is something that I didn't want to do but I made a plan to move back to Colorado. Unfortunately it might have to be without my current company.
